This week on Maximum Mom your host Elise Buie joined Tahmina Watson, a nationally acclaimed immigration attorney and founder of Watson Immigration Law in Seattle, Washington, USA. Her practice focuses on business and investment immigration matters. She is also co-founder of Airport Lawyer, and the non-profit Washington Immigrant Defense Network (WIDEN).
Tahmina is a national spokesperson of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She also serves as the Chair of the Response Committee of the Washington Chapter AILA, as well as many other boards and organizations in Washington State.
Tahmina is a podcaster, author, blogger, activist and policy advocate. She frequently appears in the media as a legal expert. She is the author of two books. Her latest bestselling book is “Legal Heroes in the Trump Era: Be Inspired. Make Your Impact. Change the World”.
She was just honored as one of the 2020 Women of Influence by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
