Hacking’s hack: Find yourself an 8 year old. And what Jim means by that is to try to explain everything to someone like if he was in second grade. That will let you break down meanings and really understand things.
Albert’s tip: Set a lot of phone conferences. Set aside dedicated time to speak to clients and make sure they understand the parameters on which the phone call is going to be taking place.
