You know, I’m calling in from the prices right. And I have the prices right wheel behind me. And the reason why I have it Tyson is because for the maximum lawyer conference, the price is right. So I am currently in Atlanta, Georgia, I grew up in Maryland, and I free people from unjust convictions. And then I get people money when they’ve been hurt by the negligence of others. And, and we do that from our office here in Atlanta. I like

it. And your topic for Mexico con 2021 is big time publicity, how I made a name for myself through the media and 2020. Now I’m pretty sure that Jim came up with that title, I may be wrong about that. He’s great at coming up with titles. But tell people where that came from, though, because it’s because of the work you did in 2020. So tell people a little bit about that. Not too much, but a little bit. So
Ryan Locke
if you can remember, 2020 was kind of a crazy year. And it was particularly crazy, because this was post election, pre insurrection craziness. And Donald Trump made a couple of phone calls to election officials in Georgia. And he was telling election officials in Georgia that, hey, maybe you need to kind of work the numbers to show that I’m the true winner of the state. And have you done that. And have you been successful here and with some other states, and then then would have swung the election. And so when we did that he probably committed some crimes in Georgia. And I quickly wrote an email to a news reporter that I’d already developed a relationship with maybe three hours later, I was on the front page of The New York Times. And so when we get to my presentation out in St. Louis at max law con, I’m going to show everyone how I developed the relationship with the news reporters, how I continue to do it, the exact emails I sent to get in the New York Times and newspapers around the world in news broadcasts from San Francisco to here. And I’ll even show everyone how to set up their social media at the conference to make it extremely easy to engage with reporters and other kind of newsmaker journalists to be able to get their name in print and media too.

I like it. My next question is going to ask for a nugget. But I’m not going to do that, because you just gave us a great little nugget. So I’m not going to do that. So I’m gonna skip ahead to my last two questions. Because you’ve been to both of them, right? Okay, so what are you looking forward to when it comes to the third one, because it’s gonna be different. It’s gonna be way different from what we had before. So what are you looking forward to?
Ryan Locke
Yeah, it’s so funny, because I remember the first year, you know, I was just in a law school classroom, it was just kind of like a law school class, you know, and people just getting up and talking and, you know, shuffling into the next room for food. And then second year, a big upgrade in venue, big upgrade and the number of people I can’t wait to see what this year brands but the one thing that hasn’t changed is the quality of relationships that you form with other like minded lawyers and stuff. You know, I think I made friends first year, I made friends second year, and we’re still friends to this day. And what’s really great about it is, you know, it’s other entrepreneurial minded law firm owners or, you know, kind of small, firm attorneys, and I mean, referral partners with some with others. We discuss marketing, we discuss mindset, accountability. And so what I’m really looking forward to is kind of reconnecting with all those people face To face but also making new friends for, you know, 2021 at all.
